Two candidates
Now that we have two candidates, one from each of the parties running for president, we need to start looking seriously at who we might want to support. If past behavior is a predictor of future behavior, the voter will need to lay aside any of their personal perceptions of the personalities of each of the candidates. Instead, the voter must look at the historical accomplishments, skills, experience, and outcomes of each candidate. The voter must then project that into the future four or eight years and measure those indices against the possibility of the kinds of Supreme Court Justices that will be chosen, the actions needed to avert nuclear wars, the kinds of decisions that will be made to enhance and strengthen the American economy, and the likely encouragement or prevention of freedoms enjoyed by American citizens.
